Well, it is finally summer!  I am home with the kids which means pool, beach, relaxation and hopefully more time to write and paint!  I'd like to introduce to you our adorable dog Sprinkles!  She is such a curious dog...especially when it comes to bees!  Here she is keeping a very close watch on this one!

Here's my submission for this week's Illustration Friday prompt, wild! It's one of those sketches that have been sitting in my sketchbook for a while just waiting to be painted!  Finally I had a prompt that fit it...yay!

Grammie's hat felt different today...it wasn't until she put on her eye glasses that she realized why!  Silly Grammie!  Happy snowday in the Northeast!!

Here's my entry for Illustration Friday's word prompt wool. I have been back to using cold press watercolor paper and am really enjoying it! I was really happy with how it turned out!  Happy Monday everyone!

IF-Storm

Lucille in the storm.

This was us this weekend as we got 24 inches of snow in the blizzard that hit the northeast!  It really is A LOT of snow!!  But, poor Lucille, I hope she gets somewhere warm soon!
